Terms of Service
These terms apply to Origami, the private project delivery application of Origami Design + Build, at origamidb.com.
1. Who may use Origami
Origami is provided to the staff of Origami Design + Build and to the clients, consultants, subcontractors and vendors working with us. Accounts are created by our administrators. Use it only for work connected with our projects, and keep your sign-in details to yourself.
2. Your content
Information and files you add stay yours or your organisation's, and form part of the project records. You give Origami Design + Build permission to store, display and share them with the people on the project, as the application is designed to do. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not try to access information your role does not allow, or interfere with the service.
- Do not use Origami to send unsolicited or unlawful messages.
- Connected Google services are used only for the features described in our privacy policy.
4. Availability
We work to keep Origami available and accurate, but provide it "as is". Updates may briefly interrupt the service. To the extent the law allows, Origami Design + Build is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the application; your contract with us for a project governs that project.
5. Ending access
We may suspend or remove an account when the work it was for has ended or if these terms are broken. You can ask for your account to be closed at any time.
6. Privacy
How we handle personal information, including data from Google accounts, is described in the privacy policy.
